This page summarises the 12 third-party lab reports Vortex Research has published for non-GLP research materials, as of October 2026. HPLC purity across the 12 reports ranges from 98.04% to 99.97%, with a median of 99.45%. In all 12, the measured net content was above the labelled fill, by 2.20% to 9.84%.
The reports
Each row is one report for one lot. “Net content over label” is the measured mass divided by the labelled fill, minus one. Open the lab report page for each report’s verification link on the lab’s own portal.

What the numbers show
HPLC purity
Eleven of the 12 reports show HPLC purity of 99% or higher, and five show 99.5% or higher. The lowest value is tesamorelin at 98.04%; the highest is 5-Amino-1MQ at 99.97%. The mean across all 12 is 99.47%. HPLC purity is the share of the UV-absorbing signal in the main peak, so it describes related-substance impurities in the sample. It does not measure water, salt or counter-ion content. The HPLC purity guide explains how the figure is calculated.
Net content against the label
Measured net content was above the labelled fill in all 12 reports. The smallest margin is NAD+ 500 mg at +2.20% (511.02 mg); the largest is GHK-Cu 50 mg at +9.84% (54.92 mg). The median margin is +5.30%. For the two-peptide blends, the figure is the combined measured mass against the combined label (20 mg and 10 mg).
Assays on each report
Ten of the reports are full ILS panels with seven assays: purity by HPLC, identity by HPLC, net content, heavy metals by ICP-MS, sterility by PCR, endotoxin by USP <85> and a fentanyl screen. The MOTS-c report carries six of these, without the fentanyl screen. The Freedom Diagnostics GHK-Cu report covers three: purity by HPLC-UV, identity by LC-MS and net content.
Who commissioned each report
Two reports were commissioned by Vortex Research for Vortex lots (GHK-Cu VR01-GHK and MOTS-c 10 mg). The other ten are partner-facility reports for the supplier batches Vortex stocks; the report lists the partner facility, and lot codes start with PS07. Eleven reports are from ILS Laboratories in San Diego, which states ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for the activities in its published scope, and one is from Freedom Diagnostics.
Limits of this data
- Each report applies only to the lot it names. It says nothing about other lots of the same material.
- Twelve reports is a small sample, and the materials differ, so the summary figures describe this set rather than a population.
- Not every product Vortex carries has a published report. Materials without one are not included here.
- Sample names and lot codes on lab reports are supplied by the submitting party; the lab’s record is the authority for the results.
- Reports for GLP-class materials are published on the lab report page but are not summarised here.
Using or citing this data
The figures can be reused with a link to this page. The underlying reports, with each lab’s verification link, are on the lab report page, and nine of them are in the open lot report dataset (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23578844). Identity data for each material (sequence, formula, mass, CAS) is in the peptide identity reference. For how to check a report yourself, see how to read a peptide COA and nine checks for spotting a fake COA.
